How To Make Spice Roasted Fruits with Honey & Orange Sauce

- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 2 plums
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice of 1 orange
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Core and slice the apples, pears, and plums.

In a bowl, toss the sliced fruits with cinnamon and nutmeg until coated.

Place the fruits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.

While the fruits are roasting, prepare the honey and orange sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and orange juice over low heat until warmed through.
