How To Make Sweet Samosas Recipe
A delightful Indian dessert made with crispy crust and a delicious filling of nuts, sugar, and cardamom.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour, ghee and water until a dough is formed. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a pan, roast the nuts until they turn golden brown. Add sugar and cardamom powder, then mix well. Remove from heat.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out to form circles. Cut each circle into two halves.

Fill each half with the nut mixture and fold them in a triangular shape. Seal the edges with water.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.

Serve hot with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
