How To Make Punjabi Samosas Recipe
A crispy, savory snack with a spiced filling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oil, and salt. Mix well.

Add water gradually to form a smooth dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add peas and mashed potatoes.

Add coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circles.

Cut each circle in half and form it into a cone shape. Fill the cone with the potato-peas mixture and seal the edges.

Heat oil for frying and fry the samosas until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
