How To Make Salt Beef Club with Cajun Fries

Ingredients
- 8 slices of your choice of bread
- 500g salt beef, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- For the Cajun fries:
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Toast the bread slices until golden.

On one slice of bread, spread a layer of the mayonnaise mixture. Top with salt beef, Swiss cheese, tomato slices, lettuce, and another slice of bread.

Repeat step 5 to make 4 sandwiches.

Cut each sandwich into halves or quarters for easier serving.

Serve the Salt Beef Club sandwiches with the Cajun fries on the side.
