How To Make Cajun Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until vegetables are softened.

Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and add ground beef. Cook until browned and cooked through.

Stir in Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the Cajun meat sauce over cooked spaghetti.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
