Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 3 eggs, separated
- ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
Instructions
- Beat cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
- Place in bowl.
- Add egg yolks and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
- Fold cheese/egg yolk mixture carefully into the whites.
- Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the cookie sheet and spread to about the size of a hamburger roll.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, turn rolls over and bake for 30 minutes more.
