How To Make Michelle Bernstein’s Cuban Sandwich Recipe
Delicious and classic Cuban sandwich, made with ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard, all pressed on a crispy bread roll.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 bread rolls (Italian or French)
- 1/2 pound of roasted pork
- 1/4 pound of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup of mustard
- 1/4 cup of pickles
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat a sandwich press or a griddle.

Cut the rolls in half and spread mustard on one side of each roll.

Layer the ham, roasted pork, pickles, and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard on the bottom half of the roll.

Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and spread a little butter on the outside of the roll.

Place the sandwich on the sandwich press or griddle and press it down for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.

Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
