How To Make Pinwheel Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.

  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  5. Layer the pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, and tomatoes on top of the cheese.

  6. Starting from one of the long edges, roll the dough up tightly into a log shape.

  7. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.

  8. Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.

  9. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and dried oregano over the pinwheels.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
