How To Make Pancetta Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of pancetta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Wrap each seasoned chicken breast with two slices of pancetta, securing with toothpicks if needed.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the wrapped chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side, until the pancetta is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove the toothpicks before serving.

Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each warm tortilla.

Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil.

Slice the baked pancetta chicken into strips and place on top of the vegetables.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides, to form wraps.
