Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced red bell peppers
- 1 cup diced green bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
