Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
