- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 24 pecan halves
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Take each date and stuff it with 2 pecan halves and a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.

Repeat with all the dates.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
