Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 24 pecan halves
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Take each date and stuff it with 2 pecan halves and a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.

  3. Repeat with all the dates.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
