Ingredients

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 4 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and black pepper.

  3. Fill each date with a small amount of the cheese mixture.

  4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
