Ingredients

  • 10 dates
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a food processor, blend dates and pecans until crumbly.

  3. Add honey, coconut oil, and sea salt. Mix until blended.

  4. Press mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Let the bars cool for 10 minutes before serving.
