How To Make Fondant-Stuffed Dates Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 oz dates, preferably Mabroom, large, pitted
- 2½ cups confectioner's sugar
- ⅓ cup condensed milk, sweetened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- ½ tsp orange extract, or coconut extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
For Topping:
- ⅕ cup pistachios, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup white chocolate, roasted and chopped
Instructions
- For the fondant, whisk to combine sugar, milk, salt, and flavorings. Mix fondant until very smooth and creamy.
- Fill each date with roughly 1 tablespoon fondant, then place these onto your lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted chocolate onto your stuffed dates, then sprinkle pistachios.
- Set aside in a chilled area. Allow your chocolate to firm up, roughly an hour.
- Serve chilled.
