- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
