How To Make Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in egg until well blended.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix well.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.

Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
