Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and lightly golden on top.

Serve the dip hot with tortilla chips and pico de gallo salsa on the side.
