Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Add pumpkin seeds to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
