- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into long, thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Place the potato strips in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.

Arrange the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they’re not touching.

Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries over and bake for another 15 minutes until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
