Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add kielbasa sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  6. Add the cooked kielbasa sausage back to the skillet and mix with the cabbage. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
