  • 200g bresaola, thinly sliced
  • 100g rocket
  • 200g marinated artichokes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rocket and marinated artichokes.

  2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad and toss well to coat.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Arrange the bresaola slices on a serving platter.
