- 4 nori sheets
- 1 large beetroot, peeled and grated
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- For the Wasabi Dipping Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat or a clean surface.

Spread a thin layer of grated beetroot on the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.

Place avocado slices on top of the beetroot layer.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and sesame seeds.

Roll the nori tightly, using the sushi mat to help you.
