  • 6 fillets of anchovies, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the anchovies and capers together until it forms a paste.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.

  3. Add the anchovy and caper paste to the bowl and whisk until well combined.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
