How To Make Spicy Prawn Poppadoms

Ingredients
- 10 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 poppadoms
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, for garnish
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the prawns to the spice mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.

Heat a pan over medium heat and place a poppadom in the pan. Cook for 10-15 seconds on each side until it puffs up and becomes crisp. Repeat with the remaining poppadoms.

Top each poppadom with 2-3 prawns. Garnish with chopped cilantro and red onion.

Serve the spicy prawn poppadoms with lime wedges on the side.
