  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked goose meat, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook sweet potatoes in a pot of boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain sweet potatoes, return to pot, and add butter, heavy cream, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded goose meat and heat until warmed through.
  4. Serve hot.
