Wok-fried Duck & Oyster Sauce Recipe

How To Make Wok-fried Duck & Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice to serve

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add duck slices to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  4. Remove duck from the wok and set aside.

  5. In the same wok, add sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender.

  6. Return the cooked duck to the wok and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the duck and vegetables.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the wok-fried duck and oyster sauce over steamed rice.
