How To Make Special Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant.

Add diced carrot, bell pepper, and frozen peas, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.

Push vegetables to one side of the skillet. Pour beaten eggs into the empty side and scramble until cooked.

Add cooked rice to the skillet, along with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well to combine.

Stir in diced cooked chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
