Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
