How To Make Whole Grain Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, egg, almond milk, and coconut oil.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

  6. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
