How To Make Whole Foods Avocado Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. of sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. of black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread to your liking.

  2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

  3. Mash the avocado with a fork, then stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice of toast.

  5. Top each slice with crumbled feta cheese, sliced tomatoes, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
