How To Make Millet and Coconut Pudding
A creamy and flavorful dessert made with millet and coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 1 cup millet
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Rinse millet in cold water, then add to a medium saucepan with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, heat coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat until simmering.

Add cooked millet to the coconut milk mixture and continue to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
