How To Make Mounds Coconut Rice Pudding Recipe
A creamy, indulgent rice pudding loaded with coconut and chocolate, inspired by the classic Mounds candy bar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of long-grain white rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed.

Stir in coconut milk, shredded coconut, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until the mixture has thickened to your desired consistency.

Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until they are fully melted.

Divide the pudding into bowls and let cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
