  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the ketchup, bourbon, hot sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

  3. Add the butter and stir until melted.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving with wings.
