Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.

  2. Let the sesame seeds cool for a few minutes, then transfer them to a food processor. Add the olive oil and salt.

  3. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed. This may take a few minutes.
