  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.

  5. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly before using it to stir-fry your desired vegetables and proteins.
