Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  4. Serve immediately over your favorite salad.
