Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 roll of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lay out the puff pastry and sprinkle half of the chopped sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil evenly over it.

  3. Roll up the puff pastry tightly and cut into 1-inch slices.

  4. Wrap each slice with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Place the bacon-wrapped rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
