Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, sundried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and olive oil. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Cover the dish with foil.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
