How To Make Gluten-Free Sundried Tomato Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the chopped sundried tomatoes, olive oil, honey, eggs, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix well until fully combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
