  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low.

  3. Cook the sauce for 15-20 minutes until the blueberries are soft and the sauce has thickened slightly.

  4. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to blend the sauce until smooth.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Allow the sauce to cool before serving. It will thicken as it cools.
