- 1 lb venison loin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Season venison with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
