How To Make Blueberry Sundae with Candied Bacon

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 pint of blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over each slice of bacon.

Bake the bacon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and caramelized.

Remove the bacon from the oven and let it cool completely.

In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries break down and release their juices.
