Serves:
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
-
Place chicken slices in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the top. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken to evenly coat.
-
Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
-
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and discard the remaining marinade.
-
Cook the chicken on the preheated grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
-
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
-
Serve the chicken fajita slices in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
