How To Make Barbecued Chicken Fajita Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4-6 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto the soaked skewers, alternating between ingredients.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are charred and tender.

Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the barbecued chicken fajita skewers with warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
