How To Make Chicken and Mushroom Fajitas

With the mix of tender chicken and savory mushroom, this chicken fajitas dish is a must-try easy recipe that doesn’t need a lot of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1lbchicken thighs,boneless, skinless , thinly sliced
  • 2tbspFajita seasoning
  • 2tbspvegetable oil
  • 8ozmushrooms, sliced
  • 6Great Value® Fajita Flour Tortillas
  • ¼cupMarketside® Mild Salsa
  • bean,for serving
  • rice,for serving

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken with the fajita seasoning and vegetable oil, then let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned chicken and cook until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Serve the fajitas with the tortillas, salsa, beans, and rice.

  5. Enjoy!
