  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

  3. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for an extra touch of luxury.
