
How To Make Apricot Brown Sugar Ham

- 1 (4-pound) boneless ham
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham on a large baking sheet lined with foil.

In a small saucepan, heat the apricot preserves, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard over medium heat until melted and well combined.

Brush the glaze all over the ham, making sure to coat evenly.

Bake the ham for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve with the remaining glaze on the side.
