Apricot nectar and fresh ginger lend a sweet and a slight hint of spice to this fizz mixer. This recipe amps up sparkling wine with a refreshing flavor.

  • 1pcfresh ginger,peeled
  • ½cupsugar
  • cupsapricot nectar


  1. Bring ginger, sugar, and ½ cup water to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat; stir until sugar has dissolved. Let cool.

  2. Put apricot nectar into a large container; stir in ginger mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

  3. Strain; pour into an airtight bottle.
