- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips, for serving

In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
