How To Make Creamy Bay Scallop Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 lb bay scallops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add bay scallops to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque.

Stir in dried basil and season with salt and pepper.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until the liquid is reduced.

Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and stir until it melts and creates a creamy consistency.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
